What is included depends on your package.
Each area shows where a third party takes over.
Housing
Location and budget consultation, agent referrals, viewings, contract accompaniment, handover and unpaid-utility checks. Cleaning or pest control on request.
Real-estate agents and other providers deliver their own services.
Daily life
Guidance or coordination for SIM cards, internet, household items, utilities, healthcare locations, transport, e-wallets, currency exchange and bank accounts.
Bank account opening is not guaranteed.
Arrival & referrals
Pre-departure guidance, airport pickup, vehicle referrals, and contacts for international moves and pet relocation.
Airport pickup is included in Full Care and requested separately for Practical.
School & study setup
School information and selection, visits or video calls, admissions documents, translation coordination, offer follow-up, orientation and school bus guidance.
Institutions make their own decisions.
Visa & insurance
Student and guardian document review, translation or notarisation coordination, submission through the school, payment and progress guidance, and insurance coordination.
Approval is decided by the authorities. Visa and third party fees are separate.

before you arrive.

What is the difference between Full Care and Practical?
Full Care generally provides more direct handling and accompaniment. Practical generally gives guidance, with services arranged separately. Your consultant explains the scope, time limits, third party costs and fees of each.
Is airport pickup included?
Airport pickup is included in Full Care. With Practical it can be requested separately, subject to the agreed scope.
Can you guarantee housing or a bank account?
No. We help with viewings, contracts and set-up, but real-estate agents and other providers deliver their own services, and bank account opening is not guaranteed.
How long does settlement support last?
The support period is defined by your package and confirmed before you agree.

You can contact your FPM Education consultant in Malaysia. Our local team will understand your situation and provide appropriate guidance.
